The Museum is situated in the area of the Aviation Cultural Park at the Rakowice Commons, among the listed aircraft hangars which were built there at the beginning of the 20th century. It serves exhibition, office and conference purposes. A symbolic plan, tying in with a rotating propeller, is complemented by a reinforced concrete mass with spacious glazing. The whole adds up to a modern, dynamic and structurally bold building which complements the Museum’s collection, quite unique in the world.
